Q. How long will it take for my order to ship?

A. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday.  Orders placed after 1pm (EST), will ship the following business day. 

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. All items are shipped Priority Mail.  Depending on your location, you should receive your order within 2-3 business days. Please allow more time during the holidays and natural disasters that may impact shipping time. 

Q. What is your return policy?

A. Due to the nature of our business, orders are not eligible for cancellation or a refund, unless an item was damaged in transit.  If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days by sending a picture of the damaged item to: support@herewecloseagain.com.  After it has been reviewed, we will ship out a replacement for the damaged item.  

Q. Do you offer refunds?

A. Unfortunately, due to the type of items we sale, we are unable to offer refunds.  However, if you have an item that was damaged in transit, we will be happy to replace the item.

Q. I would like to purchase an item as a gift, are your products strictly for real estate agents?

A. We are so happy that you would like to purchase one of our phenomenal closing gifts!  All of our items are available to everyone and anyone! 

Q. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

A. Yes!  If you are looking to purchase more than 5, please contact us via email at support@herewecloseagain.com

Q. Do you offer brand customization for real estate agents and realtors?
